About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Capture Management with a focus on LOGCAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire capture process, with a primary goal of developing and executing cohesive and competitive capture strategies. This role involves serving as the Logistics Capture Lead, and the opportunity to build and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a current security clearance or the ability to obtain one, and at least 12 years of experience in capture management, business development, program management, or military service. A proven track record in capturing and winning large task orders and IDIQs, particularly in the areas of logistics and base operations support services, is essential. Experience with LOGCAP, AFCAP, or related IDIQs is also a key requirement.
