Financial Analyst

What your future day will look like: Assist with annual budgeting and regular forecasting Track and analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast Collaborate with sales and operations to deliver financial insights and models Evaluate data to identify cost savings and margin improvement opportunities Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools Support month-end close, including journal entries and management reports Perform cost and variance analysis across production and operations Prepare high-level summaries for leadership Build and improve reports within financial planning systems Handle ad hoc analysis and special projects Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K + Match PTO/Holidays Type: Direct To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 3+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and Power BI We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
