Procurement Contracts & Compliance Lead

San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is seeking a Contract Specialist to support the Procurement Department with clerical and administrative duties. The role maintains the contracts database, ensures insurance requirements for contracts, and supports the SB/DBE program and contract administration.
