Physical Therapist Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center Mobile, Alabama Job Summary As a Physical Therapist with our center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality physical therapy services to achieve optimal outcomes. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on proper techniques for maintaining their health and preventing future injuries. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Educate patients and families on proper techniques for maintaining health and preventing future injuries Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress Requirements Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
