About the Position
Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: ICU experience with central lines and arterial lines; titration of a vasopressor; management of patients with cardiac monitoring. License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: ICU experience, central lines, arterial lines, titration of vasopressor, cardiac monitoring. Description: This position is for a critical care nursing role in an adult medical oncology intensive care unit. The focus will be on adult oncology bone marrow transplantation as well as hematologic and solid tumor malignancies. Candidates will be required to manage patients with complex needs in a mixed ICU/floor level oncology setting. Experience with oncology, infusion pumps, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), critical care certification, trauma course, EPIC, and ACLS is preferred. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Holidays may be required as needed by the unit. No on-call duties are required for this position.
