This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking to combine hands-on clinical medicine with leadership, mentorship and hospital development. You'll remain actively involved in patient care while helping maintain medical standards, develop the veterinary team and shape the continued growth of the hospital.

The Opportunity

As Veterinary Medical Director, you'll maintain an active clinical caseload while providing leadership and support across the hospital.

• Lead and mentor the veterinary team
• Maintain high medical and patient care standards
• Support clinical protocols and best practices
• Encourage collaborative case discussion
• Support veterinarian and staff development
• Assist with recruiting, developing and retaining clinical talent
• Promote a positive and collaborative hospital culture
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows
• Partner with practice leadership on hospital development
• Support strategic priorities and continued growth
• Maintain an active medical and surgical caseload
• Provide clinical guidance on more complex cases
• Build strong relationships with clients and patients

This position would suit an established leader or an experienced veterinarian ready to take the next step into formal clinical leadership.
