The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Oversee IMS Schedule creation and trackingManage project RAILs to drive actions to completionMonitor productivity and drive process improvementsInvestigate and implement source control parts for compliant alternativesFollow drawings update and approvals in PLM toolManage and Report on Project Schedules, Budget, and PrioritySeek advice from subject matter experts when requiredReport project status during regular internal and external meetings. Typical reports would include updates on project status, assumptions, information needed, and overall program healthWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experienceAerospace supplier pipeline experience preferredExperience with tooling, monitoring tool life, risk analysis, and tool surveillanceAlternative experience with casting and forging may be acceptableExperience developing and managing execution of tooling projectsAlternative experience with casting and forging may be acceptableHighly capable with MS Office SuiteExperience with process improvements and productivity improvementsExperience with end-to-end accountability for part transitionsExcellent communication and coordination capabilitiesExcellent presentation skillsFamiliarity or interest with aerospace industry desiredEWI/Rich Client experience a plusTeamcenter and SAP experience valuedPrevious leadership experience a plusSuperior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsExcellent business management and developmental skillsTeam/management skills and organizational skillsAbility to express technical information in a clear and simple wayWork as a team member in a technical project environment. Must be self-motivated and able to think 'outside the box'Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per yearCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
