Responsibilities:

• Operates production machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Monitors equipment performance and product quality during production runs
• Performs routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
• Reports mechanical issues and equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
• Maintains accurate production records and logs
• Ensures compliance with safety protocols and maintains clean work area
• Assists with changeovers and machine setup under supervision
• Participates in training programs to expand technical knowledge
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred; entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude encouraged to apply
• Ambition: Demonstrated desire to learn, grow, and advance within the manufacturing field
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical systems and willingness to learn equipment operation and troubleshooting
