Care Coordinator- Rye Ridge

Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Rye Ridge location in Westchester. Responsibilities Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of the appointment. Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Execute 5-star customer service. Foster a collaborative community environment for patients and team members.
