Amergis Staffing is hiring compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians to support students in school districts and juvenile detention settings. We offer both per diem and ongoing assignments , providing flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision

• Support students with social, emotional, and academic goals

• Document student progress and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred

• Background in behavioral health, education, or ABA

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
