Nurse Practitioner, Integrated Behavioral Health Leader
SHPCA SCAN Health Plan
SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Behavioral Health Manager, NP-ICD to lead and scale integrated behavioral health services for Medicare members. The role blends direct clinical care (about 70%) with strategic leadership (about 30%), guiding a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with primary care to improve access, quality, and outcomes in a hybrid work model.
