This position will have the following consideration:Hybrid: In office, currently Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday each week, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday. Job Description:The Regulatory Filing Specialist is responsible for reviewing and filing of registration statements and related documentation for the Funds to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key ResponsibilitiesAssists with the preparation, review and filing of registration statements and related documentation for the Funds to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelinesCollaborates well with service providerAssists with annual investment risk update processIdentifies areas where process improvement can occurAct as "lead" Regulatory Filing Specialist for assigned FYEsReview updates to various Fund agreements, as necessaryEnsures agreements are appropriately included in the relevant Form N-1A Part C (wrapper)Assists with special projects, as necessary, including research of applicable rules and regulationsReview documents from Fund Board meetings and ensure appropriate modifications are made to filings and/or procedures RequirementsThree or more years related work experience in investments, securities, or financial servicesKnowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and federal securities laws as they apply to the operation of mutual funds or investment advisersExperience with Mutual Funds and ETF filings, including Form N-1A, Form N-14, and Form N-2Proficiency with EDGAR Next filing systemFamiliarity with Broadridge PROfile or similar systemsFamiliarity with DocuBuilder software or other similar content management systems such as DFIN ArcProExcellent analytical, written, and oral communication skillsSuperior attention to detailSuperior interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and support staffSuperior organizational skills with the ability to handle substantial responsibility and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentCollege degree or equivalent work experience #LI-Hybrid
