Clinical Psychologist Post-Doctoral Fellow

Job Description LifeStance Health is offering Post-Doctoral Fellowship positions for psychologists on a rolling admission basis. Fellows will provide psychological and neuropsychological testing as well as counseling services to clients across the state. Fellows will partner with clinicians nationwide and receive continuous education from experts across the country, allowing for high-quality training and professional development. Responsibilities and Requirements Work full-time (40 hours per week) as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. Carry a full caseload of psychotherapy and psychological testing clients for a diverse population. Provide individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, and other psychotherapy services. Conduct child and adult psychological and neuropsychological testing. Participate in case conferences, psychology department meetings, and agency training opportunities. Collaborate with other staff members, share knowledge and resources, and develop leadership skills. Manage a rigorous schedule and varied clinical experiences. Prepare to take the EPPP licensure exam at or before the end of the one-year fellowship. Qualifications Completion of all doctoral degree requirements for a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Strong assessment skills, particularly child psychological and neuropsychological testing, are highly recommended. Desired Candidate Profile Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Interest in developing, exploring, and expanding upon areas of specialty. Willingness to engage with a robust in-house administrative team for intake, verification of benefits, billing, coding, collections, and credentialing.
