MEP Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction activities across multiple project sites.
• Work closely with the Principal Project Manager and Senior Project Managers to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain productivity and schedule adherence.
• Ensure all work complies with federal building regulations and security requirements (including HSPD-12 clearance).
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress updates, and documentation using MS Office tools.
• Coordinate work schedules, including night shifts and weekend work when required.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues related to MEP systems and construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction best practices.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution across all five buildings within the project scope.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) in construction environments.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction projects.
• Familiarity with federal/government building projects and compliance requirements (HSPD-12 preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and tracking.

Education/Experience:

• High School.
