Double T Smiles | Lubbock, Texas Private Practice Specializing in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics At Double T Smiles, we believe going to the dentist should feel like an adventure, not a chore. Our team works hard to make every visit fun, comfortable, and stress-free for kids and their families. We're a full-time, growing practice looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Pediatric Dental Assistant to join us. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with children, is comfortable interacting with both kids and parents, is eager to learn, and takes pride in providing a positive dental experience for every patient. We're Looking for Someone Who: ● Loves working with children ● Is comfortable engaging with parents and families ● Is motivated and eager to learn ● Is dependable and responsible ● Has a positive, friendly attitude ● Works well as part of a team ● Is bilingual in English and Spanish — a plus! Required Qualifications ● Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certificate ● Current CPR certification ● Current nitrous oxide certification ● Coronal polishing and sealant certifications preferred ● Experience in pediatric dentistry is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate Schedule ● Full-time position ● Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ● Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM ● 1-hour lunch daily Compensation and Benefits ● $17–$21 per hour, depending on experience and credentials ● Paid holidays ● Paid time off ● 401(k) plan with employer match ● Merit bonuses ● Health insurance benefit ● Pediatric dental and orthodontic benefits for your children ● Continuing education and dental certification support ● Uniform benefit If you're passionate about helping children develop healthy smiles and want to be part of a fun, supportive pediatric dental team, we'd love to hear from you!
