Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and prioritize patient care based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
• Reassess patient conditions regularly to determine progress and need for intervention.
• Formulate and execute individualized care plans within established timelines.
• Adapt nursing care decisions based on interpretation of patient outcomes.
• Participate actively in health education and discharge planning for patients and their families.
• Execute and document timely interventions aligning with patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Holds a current New Mexico RN license or a current Compact state license.
• Current BLS certification from AHA is required.
• Current ACLS certification from AHA is required.
• Current NRP certification is required.
• Demonstrates professional communication skills and sensitivity to patient rights.
