Kitchen Staff: Line Cook

About the Role

We are looking to grow our back-of-house team! Our kitchen is fast-paced, collaborative, and dedicated to serving great food to our community. We are currently hiring for one distinct roles:

1. Line Cook: Responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing ticket times, and maintaining a clean station. Experience is preferred for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

• Prepare food for service according to our recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace.

• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

What We Are Looking For

• For Line Cooks: Previous restaurant kitchen experience is highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

• Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently under pressure.

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
