Develop a growing capability including troubleshooting , processing and inspecting profilesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Able to understand and follow all safety regulationsNotify Supervisor and co-workers of any unsafe conditionsCapable of operating equipment producing simple profiles.Able to assist with set ups with direction from Process TechnicianAble to assist in line start upsAble to recognize and solve minor issues and refer complex problems to appropriate associates Recognize any mechanical issues that should involve maintenance associatesComplete necessary documentation; process checks, quality checks, production reporting etc.Able to shutdown and clean each line properlyAble to remove and clean toolingAble to perform other associated or related duties as assigned by SupervisionContinually take and keep notes on all Pultrusion processes as they are learnedParticipate in all appropriate training and development programsLearn and understand proper pultrusion language ; ie- Delam, Porosity , voiding , fouling etc.Capable of operating all existing secondary fabrication machines and learn any new processes as they are added to production.Must be able to understand charts and schedules, how to use scales, gauges, calipers, laser measuring equipment, and calculators.Work from drawings-as trainedRead and understand quality check sheets-as trained · Read and understand line packs-as trainedAble to use portable and hand power tools properly-as trainedMaintain work areas and equipment to ensure a clean and orderly conditionPerform other associated or related duties as assigned or directedParticipate in continuous improvement activities as required.Assist with inventoryQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:High School Diploma or equivalent.Have reliable transportationAble to lift 50 lbsBasic computer skillsAble to work in a TEAM environmentAble to work any and all overtimePAY RANGE:$21.55 - $23.72CULTURE AND BENEFITS:At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
