The Landscape Supervisor will oversee and coordinate a small team responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role involves ensuring project oversight, attentive plant care, and fostering team development while frequently traveling between job sites. The ideal candidate is proficient in manual reporting and uses mobile apps to facilitate communication and project management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project progress to ensure quality and timeliness
- Manage plant care and landscape maintenance activities
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Coordinate scheduling and communication using manual methods and mobile applications
- Travel frequently between work sites to supervise operations and support staff
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in landscape supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in equipment operation relevant to landscaping
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service orientation
