Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Efficient day‑to‑day operation of the extrusion production rooms on first shift Manage, motivate, monitor and evaluate leads and operators Supervise extrusion activities and carry out mandatory responsibilities Train operators on various equipment and processes, including OSHA safety training Monitor quality and compliance with company standards Motivate safety and continuous improvement culture Requirements Bachelor of Arts/Science (BA/BS) 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Previous manufacturing supervisory experience Food manufacturing experience is a plus Strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and 5S organizational tools, Six Sigma training a plus Ability to demonstrate strong work ethics #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
