Regulatory Reporting Product Owner (FR 2052A / Liquidity Reporting)

Immediate need for a talented Regulatory Reporting Product Owner (FR 2052A / Liquidity Reporting). This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested. Job ID: 26-13942 Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment). Key Responsibilities: Partner with Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Data, and Technology teams to support reporting automation initiatives. Review existing regulatory reporting processes, data flows, and reporting logic. Gather and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support source-to-target data mapping, data lineage, and data validation activities. Manage and prioritize product backlogs while supporting Agile delivery teams. Collaborate with Data Architects, Engineers, and Reporting Owners to design scalable solutions. Support testing, defect management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, controls, and automation capabilities. Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity Reporting, Finance, Data, or Banking-related roles. Strong experience with FR 2052A and Liquidity Reporting. Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst within Agile environments. Strong experience gathering requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Knowledge of data mapping, data lineage, data analysis, and reporting workflows. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting regulatory reporting transformation or automation initiatives. Basel III, LCR, NSFR, Y-9C, Y-14, or Y-15 reporting exposure. SQL and data analysis experience. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools. Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks. Experience within large banking or financial services organizations.
