ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Michael Adelsbach - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a Representative on our team, your knowledge of Auto and Homeowners insurance products equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes, applications and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience with State Farm Insurance or related Auto Insurance Company preferred.
• Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance License is Required.
• No Weekends or Evenings!

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Riverside.
• Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
• I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
• We have 60 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
