Incident Responder — 24/7 CSIRT Specialist

Salesforce

Salesforce is seeking an Incident Responder to join the CSIRT, providing around-the-clock security monitoring and rapid incident response across Salesforce environments. The role operates from a 24x7 operations center and requires shift work, including on-call shifts and weekends. You will triage alerts, assist containment, and coordinate with engineering and security teams to improve defenses. The candidate must have 2+ years IT ops or 1+ year security ops experience and US citizenship with #J-18808-Ljbffr Salesforce
