Production Associate

In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our products are securely packed, properly labeled, and staged efficiently for distribution. Job Responsibilities Accurately assembling, packing, and sealing boxes to prepare orders for shipping. Inspecting products and materials for damage or defects prior to packaging to ensure strict quality control. Applying correct shipping labels, routing tags, and packing slips to finished packages. Safely moving materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the warehouse as needed. Collaborating seamlessly with your team to hit daily operational goals and packing deadlines. Upholding all company safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Following written instructions to complete customer orders. Working closely with your team and manager. Preferred Experience Previous experience working as a Packager, Order Picker, or in a general production or warehouse role is a major plus. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, accurate work. Solid communication skills with the ability to easily follow written and verbal packing instructions. Dependable transportation to the Davis facility to ensure consistent, on-time attendance. The ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience). Overtime: Overtime hours and shifts are available. Performance-based bonuses available for outstanding employees.
