Office Custodian

The purpose of the Office Custodian position is to perform various custodial and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and cleanliness of BEK buildings. These duties include
• Clean all surfaces of assigned areas using appropriate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ensure upkeep of designated dock areas to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:
• At least 3 months of work experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions
• Able to work in multiple temperature zones: (cold and hot)
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations helpful
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work without constant supervison
• Must be able to pass background check (motor vehicle and criminal record)
• Must be able to pass physical and drug screen (includes testing for marijuana)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) preferred
