If you thrive in a people-focused role and enjoy keeping things organized behind the scenes, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.Why You'll Love Working HereStability You Can Count On: Established, family-owned company with 30+ years in businessStrong Benefits Package: Health insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysGrowth-Focused: We promote from within and invest in our team Positive Culture: Supportive leadership, team-first environment, and no corporate red tape Reputation Matters: Work for a company with consistent 5-star customer reviewsWhat You'll Be DoingServe as the first point of contact for residential HVAC customers Schedule service calls and optimize technician routes for efficiency Dispatch technicians and keep communication flowing throughout the day Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues Enter and maintain accurate job and customer records Support office operations including billing assistance and job tracking Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some flexibility may be needed during busy seasons)Compensation: $18–$24 per hour, depending on experienceWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and scheduling tasksStrong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanorOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitaskTeam player who can also work independentlyBasic computer skills and office software familiarityNice to Have (Not Required)HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experienceExperience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch softwareBackground in scheduling or coordinating field teamsSales or customer upselling experience
