Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant to join a dynamic and collaborative hospitalist team Competitive hourly compensation range of $59.38 $77.20, commensurate with experience, with additional incentive potential Full-time day shift opportunity working Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.; no call with minimal weekend and second shift requirements Predictable daily workload with a soft cap in a structured and supportive hospitalist practice Fully integrated system using Epic EMR for seamless coordination across clinics and hospitals Join a talented and established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers delivering high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness due to not-for-profit employment status Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and life insurance; 403(b) retirement plan with employer match; long-term disability; CME allowance; relocation assistance; and paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Master s Degree in Nursing with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certification or Physician Assistant degree required; must hold a current Illinois PA license or RN and APRN license with ACNP certification; 1 year of inpatient/hospitalist experience preferred Nearest airports include Peoria International Airport (PIA) approximately 15 minutes away, and major international airports in Chicago and St. Louis located miles from the area
