You will design and deliver end-to-end procurement solutions, aligning sourcing, supplier collaboration, and cost optimization with engineering and supply chain objectives, while supporting proposal development and client engagements.Your roleAlign client direct procurement strategies to drive growth, focusing on sourcing, supplier collaboration, cost engineering, and digitalizationDeliver procurement transformation programs, integrating procurement with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chainDevelop business cases and ROI models (cost savings, working capital, supplier performance)Define Target Operating Models including processes, governance, and system integration (PLM–ERP–Procurement)Lead strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier segmentation initiativesDrive cost optimization through should-cost, VAVE, and design-to-cost approachesDesign digital procurement solutions leveraging SAP, Ariba, Coupa, and analytics platformsEnable AI/analytics-driven procurement capabilities (spend analytics, supplier risk, performanceYour skills and experienceBachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field10+ years in Direct Procurement / Strategic Sourcing (consulting or industry)Strong expertise in:Strategic sourcing & category managementSupplier management & negotiationsCost modeling and procurement KPIsKnowledge of manufacturing, BOM structures, and engineering-procurement integrationThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082.00 - $193,440.00Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
