**Required Experience and Qualifications:** 1. Craniotomy and burr hole experience are required. 2. 2 years of experience in service line required. 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC. 4. License in hand required with submittal. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** 1. Previous Charge Experience. 2. Charting System Experience with Allscripts or Altera. 3. Trauma Level I and II Experience. 4. Travel experience. 5. Skills in a wide range of surgical procedures such as amputations, anterior cervical fusion, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, appendectomy, arthroscopy/arthrotomy, burns, carpal tunnel release, cervical fusions, cholecystectomy, closed reduction of fractures, colon resection, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, general OR, gunshot/stab wounds, hernia repair, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, laparoscopic assisted procedures, lumbar fusion, mastectomy, MVA (multiple injuries), open reduction of fractures, ortho/spine, spinal fusion, and total joint replacement. **Patient Ratio Experience:** 1. Patient Ratios for Days, Nights, and Weekends: 1 **Additional Information:** 1. COVID-19 Vaccine not required; Flu Vaccine required with exemptions only. 2. Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, mandatory with no exceptions for positive results. 3. Local Rule: not accepted for individuals within 150 miles (RN/LVN) or 50 miles (Allied/CNA). 4. Modules are non-billable, average 6-8 hours, completed during orientation.
