What You'll Do As a warehouse laborer, you will be responsible for: Moving and staging materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping Packaging products, shrink-wrapping, and preparing shipments with care and accuracy Matching materials and parts to specific job orders to meet production requirements Assisting with general warehouse tasks and supporting production staff as needed Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times Following safety procedures and workplace guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all team members What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with team assistance when necessary Comfort with repetitive physical tasks and standing for the entire shift Strong reliability and excellent attendance Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor is preferred A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed to keep operations running smoothly Why Join Us in Auburn?
