Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient located in Fort Mohave, Arizona. This position involves providing occupational therapy services in an acute rehabilitation unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position is scheduled for a shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Details:

• Location: Fort Mohave, AZ
• Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Masters degree in occupational therapy, current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, licensed in the state of Arizona, open to new graduates with zero years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float to evaluate and treat medical-surgical, intensive care unit patients as needed
• Additional Information:
  • Unit type: Acute Rehab Unit
  • EMR systems used: Medhost and NetHealth (Redoc)
  • Patient population: Adults 18+
  • Common diagnoses include strokes, hip fractures, debility, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle accidents, Parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis
  • Personality fit: Patient-centered, team-oriented, good communicator
  • Dress code: Royal blue scrubs
  • Unacceptable attire: No blue jeans
  • Note: Internal note - Will they consider a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at a lower rate?
