About the Role




We are looking for a talented Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, scalable applications powered by modern AI technologies.




You will work across the entire technology stack-from building intuitive frontend experiences and robust backend services to integrating LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and machine-learning capabilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving quickly from an idea or prototype to a production-ready product.







Key Responsibilities




Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, and AI APIs .
Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices.
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and AI-powered user experiences.
Design and implement data pipelines for AI applications.
Develop prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization strategies.
Integrate third-party AI models and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source models.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Build automated testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines.
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, security, and cost.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into products.







Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript .
Strong frontend development experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks .
Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python/FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks .
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Hands-on experience developing applications using LLMs and generative AI .
Experience with AI APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment.
Strong understanding of software architecture, security, scalability, and testing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.







Preferred Qualifications




Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems .
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent AI frameworks .
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or pgvector .
Experience with model evaluation, observability, and AI safety/guardrails.
Familiarity with fine-tuning or adapting open-source models.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services.
Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.
Understanding of machine-learning concepts and model deployment.
Experience taking AI prototypes into reliable production systems.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of AI/full-stack applications.
