Position Type: Long-Term Temporary Assignment (6 Months to 1 Year+)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM- 2:00 PM

Overtime: Must be available to work Saturdays as needed

Perks : $300 bonus for quarterly perfect attendance on time

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a fast-paced production environment. This is a long-term temporary opportunity expected to last 6 months to 1 year or longer. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team setting while meeting production standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack materials into boxes according to customer and company specifications.

• Ensure products are handled carefully and packaged properly.

• Maintain quality standards throughout the packing process.

• No product can be placed on or come into contact with the ground.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.

• Patience and willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays when required.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $1.00 per hour
