Location: Atlanta, GA | Hybrid Plaintiff's Litigation Attorney - Complex Injury & Wrongful Death I am working directly with leadership at a well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Litigation Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This opportunity focuses on complex personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and other high-exposure liability matters. While catastrophic injury experience is preferred, the firm is open to attorneys with strong civil litigation backgrounds, including defense-side experience, who are interested in transitioning to plaintiff work. The firm provides a structured support system that allows attorneys to focus on litigation strategy, client advocacy, case development, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Plaintiff's Litigation Attorney who wants meaningful litigation responsibility, sophisticated plaintiff-side work, and long-term growth within a well-resourced litigation environment. Compensation is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with a generous performance-based bonus structure.
