Primary Care Physician
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.
Role Overview The Primary Care Physician provides equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients at neighborhood clinics, focusing on quality over volume. They assess, diagnose, prescribe treatments, and maintain electronic medical records. The role includes collaborating with leadership and managing care teams to meet health quality goals. Qualifications & Skills MD or DO with Board Certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, active unrestricted license, DEA license, and US work authorization. Preferred candidates have geriatrics fellowship, experience with older adults, value-based care, and outpatient primary care. Bilingual skills are a plus. Key Duties Assess and diagnose patients Oversee primary care delivery Prescribe medications and treatments Maintain medical records Collaborate with leadership and care teams Manage care operations and other duties as assigned Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range, quarterly bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, CME stipend, tuition reimbursement, malpractice insurance, and support staff. Full-time role with approximately 40 hours weekly.
