Position Details:

• Two positions available:
  • Elementary Level: Work in a therapeutic, co-taught program (TLC) alongside a skilled social worker and receive robust guidance from a BCBA. The ideal start is 12/9/26 at the latest, with opportunities for early onboarding and potential overlap for smooth transition and support. A background in trauma-informed practices at the elementary level will be highly valued.
  • Middle School Level: The role begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year. Specifics will be shared during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License at the appropriate grade level.
• Experience in trauma-informed classrooms (elementary desired for the therapeutic program).
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving classroom needs and student goals.
• Team-oriented, with comfort collaborating across disciplines including social work and behavioral support.
