Position Summary The Leasing Agent is responsible for owning the full leasing journey from first inquiry through signed lease. This is a sales-driven role focused on relationship building, urgency, follow-up, and conversion. The Leasing Agent communicates with prospects, coordinates tours, conducts virtual leasing, reviews applications, and prepares accurate lease documents. Strong performers are rewarded, and success is driven by speed, accuracy, and results. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining high accountability standards. What We Offer Competitive compensation with performance-driven earning potential Flexible schedule with remote work outside required in-office day 1 week paid time off 8 hours paid sick time Paid holidays Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Ongoing sales training and professional development Coaching in real estate investing and personal finance Company events and team experiences Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Ownership Manage all prospect and applicant communication from initial inquiry through signed lease Respond quickly and professionally via phone, text, and email Maintain follow-up and sales momentum Present and sell available units and community value Tour Coordination & Virtual Leasing Schedule in-person tours with field team members when needed Conduct virtual tours and provide digital leasing materials Follow up after tours to convert prospects to signed leases Application Review & Decisioning Review applications and supporting documentation Approve or deny applicants using screening criteria and Fair Housing guidelines Communicate decisions and next steps clearly Maintain accurate approval and denial records Lease Preparation & Accuracy Prepare and send lease documents with high accuracy Verify pricing, concessions, fees, and add-ons Drive timely lease signatures and completion Identify and correct errors proactively Revenue Optimization Present and sell additional income opportunities when appropriate Ensure add-ons are properly disclosed and documented Maximize revenue per lease while maintaining compliance Customer Experience Deliver a professional and consistent leasing experience Represent the company brand positively in all interactions Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership Work Schedule & Availability Required in-office one day per week for training and collaboration Flexible work location outside required in-office day Office space available weekdays between 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Must be available for leasing calls Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Calls handled through a company-approved calling application on a personal cellphone Performance Metrics Lead response time Lead-to-application conversion rate Application-to-lease conversion rate Speed to lease executionLease documentation accuracy Customer experience and communication quality Additional revenue added per lease Who Thrives in This Role Sales-driven and motivated by closing deals Self-directed and organized Accountable for results and continuous improvement Strong communicator Focused on both speed and accuracy Energized by goals and growth Comfortable with flexibility and accountability This Role May Not Be a Fit If You prefer fixed 9–5 schedules You wait for leads instead of proactively following up You are uncomfortable with responsive communication outside standard hours You expect results without urgency and consistency You require close supervision to stay productive Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on experience Performance-based earning opportunities Flexible scheduling and remote work options PTO, sick time, and paid holidays Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Professional development and training opportunities Team events and company experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr Focus PM LLC
