Business Analyst

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and improving Rollins' internal CRM. On a day to day basis, this individual will be the influential and solution-driving liaison between multiple stakeholder groups throughout Rollins, constantly doing requirement gathering and uncovering business problems to be translated into changes and improvements. Rollins is looking for a true problem solver and facilitator that will own the upkeep and improvement of their CRM from a variety of different perspectives including IT support, marketing, finance, sales, and customer service. Pay rate for this position is between $40 and $65/hr.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of strong and high-level BA experience

○ Requirement gathering

○ Being a liaison/middleman amongst various stakeholders

○ Process road mapping and improvement experience

○ Workshop facilitation on new processes

- Testing experience

- Microsoft products proficiency

○ PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

- SQL experience

- Experience working in an Agile environment

- Strong communication and presence is a must
