Program Overview

The Leadership in Training (LIT) Development Program is designed for high-potential team members who are ready to grow into leadership roles within Allstar Pizza & More.

This structured program develops future Shift Captains, Trainers, and Operational Leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-time leadership experience. We build leaders who operate with Heart, Hustle, and Hospitality and who take ownership of results.

What You’ll Learn

Participants will receive structured development in:

• Operational excellence (food quality, speed, and consistency)

• Inventory awareness and cost control

• Guest experience leadership

• Team accountability and performance coaching

• Shift execution and urgency standards

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving

• Ownership mindset and decision-making

• Brand standards and culture development

Responsibilities During Training

• Lead by example in daily operations

• Assist in running shifts alongside current leadership

• Hold peers accountable to standards

• Support training of new team members

• Demonstrate urgency and ownership in problem-solving

• Complete assigned leadership development checkpoints

• Participate in feedback sessions and performance evaluations

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrates natural leadership and accountability

• Has a strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• Shows initiative without being asked

• Thrives in fast-paced environments

• Open to coaching and committed to growth

• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
