Starting Bonus: $5,000

We are seeking a dedicated professional for our outpatient satellite clinic located in Laurens County.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients both in the clinic and at various external facilities partnered with our organization.
• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to deliver appropriate patient care in line with established medical plans and within your professional scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient history and care plans in the electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring all encounters are closed within the designated timeframes set by our organization.
• Complete all tasks generated by the EMR and support the care team in meeting Meaningful Use objectives.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by physicians, the Practice Manager, and our administration team.

Working Conditions

This position is based in an outpatient clinic environment, with responsibilities extending to various contracted facilities.
