Mod Spuds is a fast casual concept from James Beard Award nominated Chef Ange Branca. We are opened in the first quarter of 2026 in the South Street neighborhood of Philadelphia.
Mod Spuds is a high volume, casual dining and delivery concept centered on “Jacket Potatoes" viral loaded baked potatoes!
We are currently looking for a Store Lead to join Mod Spuds’ team.
As part of Mod Spuds kitchen team, Store Lead will oversee daily operations at Mod Spuds. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Inventory Management
- Maintenance and adherence of store expectations
- Production
- POS Maintenance
- Staff Training
- Other leadership responsibilities
We are in search of individuals who:
- Enjoy working as part of a team in fast paced, physically demanding environments
- Have weekend & evening availability
- Believe in maintaining a respectful & collaborative workplace for all employees
Compensation is based on experience + tip share; Mod Spuds operates as a One Fair Wage restaurant and tips are pooled between all staff. All full time Mod Spuds employees receive access to PTO and our Health Care Program.
