Beverage Manager

We are seeking a talented Beverage Manager for a historic private club located near Jupiter, FL! This luxury club has been around for almost 100 years and offers guests a wide range of food and beverage amenities, including multiple à la carte dining outlets, bars, and private event spaces. Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 plus bonus potential, great benefits, growth potential, relocation assistance (if needed), and much more! Beverage Manager Responsibilities: Oversee daily beverage operations across all club bars, dining outlets, and private event spaces Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, costing, and vendor relationships to maintain profitability Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and service standards for all wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and beer programs Train, lead, and schedule bar staff while ensuring compliance with state liquor laws and sanitation standards Assist in designing innovative cocktail menus, curated wine lists, and special event beverage pairings Beverage Manager Qualifications: 3+ years of beverage management or lead mixologist experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club Strong experience working in fast-paced, high-volume beverage environments Strong leadership, staff training, and team-building experience Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and inventory control software Only qualified candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc.
