If you thrive on variety and take pride in getting complex parts right, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoProgram and set up Mazak Integrex mill-turn machines using Mazatrol conversational programming to run complex, tight-tolerance partsCreate and proof new CNC programs, and optimize existing programs for efficiency and cycle timeComplete full setups for low-volume, high-mix production; hand off to operators once machines are runningSelect cutting tools and apply knowledge of feeds, speeds, and tool life optimizationInterpret blueprints, GD&T specifications, and work instructions to plan machining sequencesPerform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to confirm part qualityTroubleshoot machining issues at the control to keep production running smoothlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat You Bring5+ years of experience programming and setting up Mazak Integrex (twin-spindle) mill-turn equipment in a low-volume, high-mix environmentProficiency with Mazatrol Smooth conversational programmingExperience machining precision, tight-tolerance parts, including jaw cuttingSolid understanding of cutting tools, metal properties, and mill operationsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and GD&TStrong troubleshooting instincts and attention to detailComfortable working independently and as part of a manufacturing team in a fast-paced shopStrong geometry and analytical math skills for calculating tool paths, feed rates, and speedsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in manufacturing, machining, or engineering technology a plusMust be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)Must currently reside in the Houston area, or be relocating on a confirmed timeline within the next few weeksSchedule & Pay1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with overtime available before 6:00 AM and on weekendsPay: $30–$45/hour, based on experienceJob Type: Full-time, on-siteBenefitsMedical InsuranceHealth Savings AccountDental Insurance401(k) Savings Plan with Company Match (50% match up to 10% contributed)Paid Time OffPaid Holidays
