Job Summary:

The Production Specialist provides excellent customer support and service activities to our internal and external customers, vendors, contractors, and carriers teams in the restoration process.

General Responsibilities:

• Exceed customer service expectations for excellence to internal and external stakeholder
• Develop new business opportunities through calls and leads while assessing policyholder needs and expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between contractors, carriers, policyholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the restoration process.
• Provide customer support through inbound/outbound calls and emails, including scheduling updates, issue resolution, and guidance for stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage the progress of all assigned files and restoration projects, ensuring repairs are completed per the estimate and to the homeowner’s satisfaction.
• Update and maintain customer records and documentation with accuracy, including all interactions, tasks, work orders, service appointments, and restoration progress details. Document all interactions with detailed accuracy in a timely and proficient manner
• Collaborate frequently with team members and flex to other departments as needed. 
• Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
• Ability to work a flex schedule that may include evenings and weekends and during high volume or catastrophe events is required
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three years of customer service experience 
• Available to work a flex schedule including evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and extended hours during high-volume or catastrophic events is required
• Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 MB download and 10 MB upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new      software, projects, or products.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking, and accuracy skills.
