Strategic Financing Analyst

An Investment Management Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Strategic Financing Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financing arrangements and help ensure compliance with applicable terms and reporting requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Business Development, Operations, and other internal teams on new initiatives and information requests.
• Assist with evaluating financing alternatives and reviewing proposals from external counterparties.
• Support the renewal, amendment, and refinancing of existing arrangements as needed.
• Oversee ongoing financing activity and coordinate related operational processes.
• Work with internal teams to support transaction closings, funding activity, and recurring monitoring.
• Review financing levels across investment vehicles and help ensure they remain consistent with established guidelines.
• Evaluate investments in connection with available financing arrangements.
• Coordinate required reviews and approvals with external financing partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–7 years of relevant experience within financial services.
• General understanding of corporate or investment-related financing arrangements.
• Familiarity with credit products or investment funds preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
