Provides directions, information, and other assistance as needed.Provides intake/registration of patient in the practice management system.Confirms patient insurance eligibility and/or benefits.Updates patient information, collects co-pays, provides any necessary forms needing completion, and obtains signatures as necessary.Occasional travel required.Other duties or special projects as assigned.Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. One year experience in a medical office, customer service or reception, preferably in medical office.
