Senior Accounting Associate (Confidential Family Office Opportunity) Required Background: Investment Accounting / Fund-to-Fund Experience We are partnering with a highly sophisticated and well-established Family Office seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join its growing accounting team. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across investment and operating entities while taking ownership of key accounting functions and contributing to high-impact projects in a collaborative, high-performing Key Responsibilities Manage complex accounting and bookkeeping activities across multiple entities. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, cash management, and financial reporting. Analyze investment activity, including capital gains, dividends, interest income, and alternative investments. Drive accounting projects, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders to provide accounting support, insights, and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with ERP and general ledger systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Oracle, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications CPA, CA, and/or MBA designation. Experience in investment accounting, fund accounting, private investment structures, or family office environments.
