Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is a premier insurgent provider of multi-gigabit fiber internet, whole-home Wi-Fi, internet security, and voice services in 1,400 markets across 18 states in across the U.S.
Kinetic is seeking a driven Field Account Executive I to fuel business growth within our local communities. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, providing industry-leading Kinetic products and services that keep them connected and competitive.

What You'll Do
- Prospect Engagement: Actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Sales Performance: Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where exceptional customer service leads to high-volume results.
- Territory Growth: Manage a designated territory, utilizing provided leads and self-prospecting techniques to hit and exceed monthly targets.

Do You Have?
- Self-Motivation: A strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on closing deals and building a professional network.
- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and presentation skills are essential for engaging business owners and C-suite executives.
- Experience: 24 years of professional experience. (Sales experience is a significant plus, but we prioritize a passion for relationship building and results).
- Education: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (4+ years) required.
- Logistics: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for daily territory management
