This position will work with business analyst and functional users to determine functional requirements and provides customization, maintenance and updates as needed. Additionally, will also participate with cross-functional teams to establish and support the application development and test environments to meet agency and state requirements. As a Salesforce developer, will identify, design, and deploy technology and process solutions establishing key business capabilities and operational improvements for the department.
