As a Unit Manager - LPN, your role will involve ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare while achieving favorable clinical outcomes, as well as patient, family, and employee satisfaction within your designated unit.

• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure sufficient nursing coverage for safe patient care.
• Offer professional guidance and oversight to non-professional staff within the unit.
• Assess the educational needs of the team and collaborate with the Nurse Educator to develop relevant training programs.
• Manage medication protocols to guarantee adequate supplies and compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide direct patient care alongside fellow unit nurses to maintain clinical skills.

• Graduation from an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
• Current licensure from the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the state where the nursing center operates.
• A minimum of one year of experience in nurse management is required.
• Must hold a current BLS/CPR certification.

Posted Salary Range: USD $30.00 - USD $35.00 per hour.
